Terms & Conditions meriah4d – Malaysia Platform Guidelines

1 Definitions & Interpretations

In this meriah4d Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "meriah4d" refers to the online entertainment platform accessible at meriah4d.bio and all associated sub-domains.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the meriah4d platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member on meriah4d and used to access all platform services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Member's meriah4d account at any given time, including real money balance and bonus balance (if any).
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, or other rewards granted by meriah4d to a Member under the applicable promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash.
• "RM" refers to the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the official currency used for all transactions on the meriah4d platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the meriah4d platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. meriah4d does not permit underage individuals to use this platform under any circumstances.
• Be a resident of or physically located in Malaysia when accessing the meriah4d platform.
• Has never previously been banned or prohibited from using the meriah4d platform by meriah4d.
• Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Only one account only at meriah4d. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.

Meriah4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as MyKad or passport) at any time to confirm a Member's eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account.

By registering with meriah4d, you confirm that you are playing in a personal capacity and not as an agent or representative of any third party, and that all funds you use are legally obtained and belong solely to you.

3 User Account

Each Member bears full responsibility for their meriah4d account, including all activity that takes place within it. This includes:

• Keep your username and password confidential. Never share your login details with anyone.
• Ensure your password is strong and unique – a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.
• Notifying meriah4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your personal information in your account whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and bank details for withdrawals.

Meriah4d shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account. Any transaction carried out using an account's login credentials is deemed to have been authorised by the account holder, unless a report of misuse is made within a reasonable time.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the meriah4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The supported payment methods are:

• Digital wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant bank transfer: DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks

Deposit conditions: The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. There is no maximum daily deposit limit beyond those imposed by the payment provider itself. Deposits are typically credited to your meriah4d account within 30 seconds of transaction confirmation.

Withdrawal conditions: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your meriah4d account. meriah4d processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes around the clock, including weekends and public holidays.

Meriah4d reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for identity verification (KYC) purposes where there is a security requirement or where the requested withdrawal exceeds certain limits. In such cases, the Member may be asked to submit additional verification documents. This process is in place to protect the security of your account.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Meriah4d offers a variety of bonus and promotional programmes from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotion. The general terms applicable to all meriah4d bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by Members who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirement before a withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its respective promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another Member or redeemed directly for cash without first fulfilling the applicable wagering requirements.
• Meriah4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional programme at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse – including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or collusion between Members to exploit promotions – may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

Should there be any conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and the general terms stated here, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion. Please refer to the Promotions for the latest information on ongoing offers.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the meriah4d platform are subject to the following rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the meriah4d system cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member, except through the Cash Out feature where available for eligible bets.
• Meriah4d reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of a technical failure, odds display error, or where a match result is subject to an official dispute.
• In the event of a postponed or cancelled sports or e-sports match, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific policy available in the betting guide section of the platform.
• Meriah4d uses a fair and competitive odds system. Displayed odds include the platform margin and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Bets involving manipulation or fraud — including collusion with other players, exploiting system errors, or using automated software (bots) — will be voided immediately and the relevant account terminated.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Betting Limit: Set a maximum limit per bet or per gaming session.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the meriah4d platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software – is the property of meriah4d or its content providers and is protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

• The name "meriah4d", the platform logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of meriah4d.
• Members are not permitted to copy, redistribute, sell, republish, or commercially exploit any content on the meriah4d platform without prior written consent from meriah4d.
• Use of meriah4d content for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted provided the source is clearly credited.

Any infringement of meriah4d's intellectual property rights may result in legal action being taken against the infringing party.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, meriah4d shall not be liable for:

• Losses or damages arising from technical failures, service disruptions, or circumstances beyond meriah4d's control (force majeure), including internet outages, third-party service provider issues, or natural disasters.
• Any financial losses resulting from a Member's own betting decisions. Gambling carries risk, and Members are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.
• Any indirect, punitive, or consequential losses suffered by a Member in connection with the use of the meriah4d platform.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Member's account due to the Member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Meriah4d's total maximum liability to any Member for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Changes to Terms

Meriah4d reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication at meriah4d.bio/terms-conditions. Members will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of the meriah4d platform after any changes to the Terms & Conditions are published will be considered the Member's acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before doing so.

Meriah4d recommends that Members review the Terms & Conditions page regularly to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. The date these terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this document.

11 Governing Law

These meriah4d Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation and mediation will be referred to the appropriate courts in Malaysia for final resolution.

By using the meriah4d platform, you agree that any legal action or proceedings relating to this platform shall be conducted in Malaysia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Malaysia for such purposes.
